From Scarborough Fair, try this week's special.  Choice of entrees -- Wild Salmon Piccata OR Pan-Seared Filet Mignon.  Delicious Wild Salmon Piccata rich in Omega 3s cooked to perfection in a rich sauce of lemon juice, white wine, butter, and capers. OR, Filet Mignon a traditional sirloin steak dinner with red wine reduction.  Both entrees comes with the same sides.
