From Scarborough Fair Slow Braised Pork Ossubuco OR Baked Rainbow Trout.  Tender slices of pork shanks slow-cooked, until "fork-tender" braised  in a rich sauce of white wine, tomatoes, and vegetables.  OR, Baked Rainbow Trout cooked until the skin is crispy and tender -- for the fish lovers in the family.  Served with same salad, sides and dessert.
