From Scarborough Fair Chicken Scallopini OR Baked Tilapia Filet.  Tender slices of thinly sliced chicken breasts sautéed until golden brown and stuffed with Spinach, & Fontina Cheese.  OR, Baked Tilapia Filet over sauteed spinach, topped with a mixture of lemon, garlic, butter, and thyme, baked to perfection -- for the fish lovers in the family.  Both entrees served with the same sides.
