From Scarborough Fair Chicken Scallopini OR Stuffed Rainbow Trout.  Tender slices of thinly sliced chicken breasts sautéed until golden brown and stuffed with Spinach, Mozzarella & Proscuitto.  OR, Stuffed Rainbow Trout with Spinach and Herbs cooked until the skin is crispy and tender -- for the fish lovers in the family.  Both entrees served with the same sides.
