From From Scarborough Fair, try this week's special.  Choice of entrees -- Chicken Piccata  OR Grilled Salmon.  Delicious Chicken Piccata features chicken breasts simmered in a delicious caper and white wine sauce.   Or, Grilled Salmon cooked to perfection with olive oil, lemon, and dill.  Both entrees comes with the same sides & dessert.
