Scarborough Fair's October Dinner of the Month is our famed Sauteed Chicken Dijonnaise. Succulent chicken sauteed to perfection with classic French ingredients makes an excellent weeknight dinner.  Paired with wild rice pilaf, fall  vegetables, and a farm salad is perfect for the upcoming season.
